How commission works
- You earn a commission on the premium of each policy your clients buy.
- Rates differ by product (motor, health, life and so on) and are shared in writing during onboarding.
- Payouts are credited monthly to your bank account, with a statement.
- Renewals of your clients can earn you commission again, where the product allows.

Who can apply?
Anyone aged 18 or above who has passed Class 10, with a PAN card, Aadhaar and a bank account. No prior insurance experience is needed.
What is a POSP?
A Point of Sales Person is an individual certified under IRDAI guidelines to sell simple insurance products such as motor, health, term life, travel and personal accident cover.
How long does it take to start?
Once your documents are verified, you complete 15 hours of online training and a short online exam. Many partners are certified within a couple of weeks, depending on how quickly they finish the training.
How much can I earn?
Earnings are commission-based and depend on the products and the number of policies your clients buy. We share the exact payout for each product during onboarding. We do not promise fixed or guaranteed income.
Can I do this alongside my job or studies?
Yes. Most of our partners work part time around their jobs, studies or family.
Can I work with another insurer at the same time?
A POSP can be associated with only one insurer or intermediary at a time, as per IRDAI guidelines.
