Frequently asked questions

I am a tenant. Can I insure my home?

Yes, you can insure your contents without owning the building.

Is my home loan insurance enough?

Often the bank insures only the structure, for the loan amount. Your belongings and any value above the loan are usually not covered.

How is the building value decided?

On the cost of reconstruction (area × construction rate), not the market value of the property, which includes land.

Not sure what you need?

Tell us about your family or business and we will suggest the right cover, in plain language.
