No experience needed. Under IRDAI rules, a POSP can work with only one insurer or intermediary at a time.

How many hours do I need to give?
There is no minimum. Many partners start with one or two hours a day and increase it as their client list grows.
Do I need a laptop or an office?
No. A smartphone with internet is enough. Training, the exam, quotes and paperwork all happen online.
Is there a joining fee or a deposit?
No. We never charge you to join. If anyone asks you for money on our behalf, please tell us.
How much will I earn?
You earn commission on the policies your clients buy. Rates differ by product and are shared in writing during onboarding. Earnings depend on your effort, so we never promise a fixed or guaranteed income.
Can students apply?
Yes, if you are 18 or older and have passed Class 10.
I already have a job. Is that a problem?
Not for us. Many partners work part time alongside a job. Please check that your employer allows side work.
Do I have to sell to strangers?
No. Most partners start with people they already know. Honest advice leads to referrals over time.
